The Small Grants Outcomes 2018

In 2018, we had 4 small grants rounds giving $2,000 per round. The fourth round is closed and will be decided in December. We would like to congratulate the third round grant recipients:

  • Ayman Barbaresco (Vic) – for Ayman Upskills to Assist Others = $500
  • Courage to Care NSW – for LGBT Discrimination Awareness Exhibit = $500
  • Amnesty International Australia (SA) – LGBT+ Leadership Training Academy = $250
  • Free Range Holistic Creativity (Qld) – LGBTQ+ Panel Discussion & Networking = $500
  • LGBTI Community Care (WA) – Build A Community -LGBTI community service =$250

And the second grant round recipients of $500 each:

  • Dexter Rosengrave (Tas) – Safe Haven
  • Ben Nielsen (NSW) – LGBTI[Q&A] podcast

We further commit the contribution of a significant proportion of grant funding received to Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and South Sea Islander LGBTIQ+ Sistergirl and Brotherboy led initiatives to improve social outcomes.

Australia was, and always will be Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander land.
