We are very sad to announce that Susan Ditter is retiring from our Board. Susan joined us in 2016 as our Tasmanian Board member. At that time she was the Executive Officer of Working It Out and also chaired the Board of the National LGBTI Health Alliance.
When she joined us she said ‘I am committed to finding a united approach to the work I do, working with others to find that point of unity and to do that respectfully’, and she certainly brought that philosophy to the table. She worked closely with Catherine Fitzgerald on the small grants selection committee, and spearheaded our new grant focus on culture and the arts (see our forthcoming announcement on that grant round).
We will miss her and want to thank her sincerely for all of her work with us, and wish her well in the future
