Sunshine Coast Pride Network & Pride Festival Re-Launch

Sunshine Coast Pride Festival is relaunching after six years of inactivity, offering the region a program where they are invited to celebrate their own form of pride by hosting, attending or contributing to an event. To connect the already vibrant community in true community spirit. Sunshine Coast Pride Network has received a small grant towards funding this festival.

The aim of the festival is to give visibility to the LGBTQIA+ community in a time of hostility and conflict. A space where everyone is welcome to be their authentic selves and come together to support and uplift each other.

The festival runs 14-23 November and will include SCPN-hosted events: Opening party, Fair Day, Indigenous seminars, Pride Forum and closing party. The branded items requested will be used at all these events and throughout the festival.
