Dapto High School is a government-funded co-educational comprehensive secondary day school, located in Dapto, a suburb of Wollongong in the Illawarra region of New South Wales, Australia. The funding received from this grant will go towards painting a rainbow staircase in support of the LGBTQIA+ community at their school.

headspace Bathurst

headspace Bathurst is a youth-friendly, free service for anyone aged between 12 and 25 years who would just like to improve their health and wellbeing. Their grant money will go towards purchasing equipment and decorations for Bathhurst’s Inaugural LGBTQIA+ Drag Night, an event for 15-25 y/os in an area with no other LGBTQIA+ events.

Cultural Diversity Network Inc

Cultural Diversity Network Inc help migrants and refugees achieve a sense of belonging, independence and purpose through education, work, and social connection. Their grant will fund an educational webinar on pre-flight experiences of LGBTQIA+ refugees, raising awareness of mental health issues facing LGBTQIA+ refugees.

New Norfolk High School

New Norfolk High School is a coeducational Years 7- 12 school in Tasmania’s Derwent Valley. This grant will be going towards NNHS’ LGBTIQA+ Diversity Club, with a focus on student voice, aiming for student support.

Ethnic LGBT+

Ethnic LGBT+ exists to provide a safe place for culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) LGBTIQ+ individuals to share their stories and to feel supported. Towards expenses to organise QLD’s first family focused creative festival for members of the culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) and LGBTIQA+ (Rainbow) community and its allies.
