Pride Foundation Australia Sponsors Registrations to the Better Together Conference for LGBTQIA+ People Seeking Asylum

Pride Foundation Australia is happy to announce that we have arranged the sponsorship of 50 free registrations specifically for LGBTIQA+ refugees and people seeking asylum to attend the Better Together 2024 conference in Geelong in June this year.

Better Together is an annual conference exploring the current issues facing LGBTQIA+ Australians, and we are hoping there will be a number of sessions covering topics relevant to the experiences of queer refugees and people seeking asylum.

Pride Foundation Australia will also be providing funds to subsidise travel and accommodation for participants accessing sponsored registrations.

If you are interested in accessing one of the sponsored tickets to Better Together Conference, please get in touch with us at ruth.mcnair@pridefoundation.org.au.
