Introducing a new look for Pride Foundation Australia

Since Pride Foundation Australia’s establishment in 2004—formerly as Gay and Lesbian Foundation Australia (GALFA)—the foundation has become a truly national non-profit organisation, providing grant funding to projects that work to increase equity for LGBTQIA+ Australians across the country.

After a rename to Pride Foundation Australia (PFA) in 2019 and subsequent rebrand, the foundation has seen a steady increase in visibility and national recognition. This made apparent the need for a visual identity that would bring PFA into the present and see the foundation through for years to come.

In collaboration with renowned Australian graphic designer Marita Leuver of Leuver Design, we’re thrilled to be stepping forward with a visual identity that is both reminiscent of the past while looking to the future.

We’re also pleased to launch this fresh faced era of PFA with a new look for our website, which more clearly highlights the work we do across a range of key funding areas for LGBTQIA+ Australians.
